BitBasel Releases Exclusive Crypto Art Collection In Preparation For This Year’s Miami Art Week
Florida, USA, 5 Sep 2021, ZEXPRWIRE, BitBasel will release their first collection of art NFTs on Tuesday September 7th, 2021. The collection will be hosted on SuperRare, the premier digital art marketplace on Ethereum. Each artwork is authentically created by an artist, and tokenized as a collectible digital asset. The collection will be released during an exclusive #NFTuesdays at CSTM HAUS Miami, located at the Faena Bazaar on South Beach.
These artistic tokens are an excellent addition to anyone’s collection, and in the future they may have even more additional functionality. Johnny Dollar, one of the contributing artists, expressed that “NFTs are not just ownership of amazing digital art. They’re gateways and keys to the markets of the Metaverse”.
The NFT market exploded during the month of August, with over $3 billion in monthly trading volumes recorded on the top NFT marketplace OpenSea. According to the DuneAnalytics, this amounts to volume growth of a whopping 800 percent as compared to the previous month.
For their first release on SuperRare, BitBasel collaborated with 14 artists ranging from experienced crypto artists, to both local & international artists brand new to the NFT world. Proceeds from the sale of these works will go to support local NFT and technology education for underrepresented communities across Miami-Dade County.

In addition, BitBasel is partnering with NORI to integrate NORI’s NRT “Carbon Removal Tokens” into their platform in order to promote “Carbon Neutral NFT Minting”. The token works by allowing farmers to tokenize the carbon they sequester into the soil. Then they can sell the token in order for polluting companies to be able to offset their carbon footprint.
“We’re excited to work with Bitbasel to provide additional value for the NFTs that their artists are selling. This partnership demonstrates that Bitbasel is innovating on what it means to deliver high-quality digital art that has positive environmental and climate impacts.” — said Alexsandra Guerra, Director of Corporate Development at Nori.
Tickets to attend the September 7th release at CSTM HAUS are on sale now. Those who can’t attend in person can watch the event live online through BitBasel’s social media channels.
