Chefs From Walt Disney World Publish Digital Cookbook

A Portion of the Proceeds to Benefit the James Beard Foundation Relief Fund

Celebration, Florida – The Chef Sisters announced the launch of a new digital cookbook, FOOD AND FRIENDS, 12 Original Recipes From Walt Disney World Chefs and their Friends. The digital download offers home chefs 12 delicious recipes that come in an easy downloadable format. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the James Beard Foundation Relief Fund for small, local restaurants.

When our day-to-day work lives came to an abrupt halt due to the pandemic, like so many others around the globe, it hit us hard. However, I work for a company founded on the motto, “Dream, Believe, Dare, Do.” And, with another one of Walt’s quotes ringing in my head, “The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing,” I decided to apply the wisdom, said Kristin Bryan, Chef & Co-Founder at The Chef Sisters.

Kristin commented further, “What resulted is an exciting culinary collaboration of original recipes that we all cook for our families, placed in an easy digital format for home chefs. And we all agreed we wanted the product to help our industry so, we chose to donate 30% of the proceeds to the James Beard Foundation Relief Fund for small, local restaurants.”

FOOD AND FRIENDS cookbook includes:

·        12 delicious original recipes and professional photos

·        Digital download makes meal prep easy

·        A fun format to experiment with new recipes

FOOD AND FRIENDS will be available starting April 22, 2020, at $5.99 per download. For more information on FOOD AND FRIENDS cookbook, visit: https://bit.ly/3buHxFp

Our goal is to do our part along with federal, state, and local governments to provide for workers, sustain local business, reduce the financial impact on communities, and otherwise mitigate the severe economic consequences of this global pandemic.
