NEW YORK, USA, Aug 31, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Recruiter.com, a leading recruiting and talent acquisition platform, announced it has completed the acquisition of Feenyx, an AI-powered hiring technology platform designed to help employers evaluate candidates more effectively through skills assessments, intelligent interviews, candidate verification and fraud detection.
The acquisition gives Recruiter.com customers a structured way to evaluate applicants on demonstrated ability, rather than relying on resumes and unstructured conversations.
The Feenyx platform combines skills tests, asynchronous and live interviews, AI-assisted evaluation, and authenticity checks. Recruiters and hiring managers get an evidence-based view of how a candidate performs, not just how a candidate presents.

The combination pairs Recruiter.com’s network of specialized recruiters and talent services with Feenyx’s AI-powered candidate evaluation. Recruiters gain richer signals to inform hiring decisions, and employers get a single solution to find, assess, and hire talent.
