TONX Announces $4M Fund Raising from Leading Asia-Pacific Venture Capital

TONX, the SuperApp platform layer that empowers builders to scale Web3 applications, proudly announces the successful completion of its $4 million fundraising round. This funding was secured through the participation of leading venture capital firms from the Asia-Pacific region, further cementing TONX position as a pivotal player in the Web3 ecosystem. The round is co-led by SNZ Ventures and Summer Ventures, previously led by TON Ventures.
The fundraising round was announced at The Open Summit, the largest TON Summit this Summer, powered by TONX. The $4M fund, pre-seed and seed round of TONX, will be used to accelerate the technology stack of TONX API, a key product of TONX. TONX API is the driving force behind the 950 million-user Web3 SuperApp ecosystem. It is a reliable and stable RPC DEVtool that enables developers to develop and build projects with ease on the TON blockchain.
In addition to TONX API, TONX has developed multiple modular products and public goods, including TONX Node, which allows users to easily obtain TON’s POS rewards and provides enhanced security and stability to the node consensus of the TON blockchain. Another key product, TONX Security, helps quickly identify security vulnerabilities in smart contracts and solves development problems faced by developers.
TONX was co-founded by Dr. Awesome Doge, a member of the TON Core Dev team and the co-founder of Cypherpunks Taiwan and Bitcoin Chinese Society, and Wego, co-founder of BlockTempo, the leading Chinese blockchain media that organizes Asia Blockchain Summit. The founding team’s journey in blockchain began in 2013 with Bitcoin, followed by Ethereum in 2015, and culminating with TON in 2021. Dr. Awesome Doge saw the technical potential of TON while Wego leveraged his business instincts and recognized the market potential of the ecosystem.
